General Cancellation Terms
Your booking at The Whitton Malt House is subject to the cancellation terms outlined below. Cancellation fees vary based on the season of your stay and the timing of the cancellation. For group bookings, please refer to the group booking policy for specific terms. All booking cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to arrival incur no fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking value.
No-Show and Early Departure Policy
No-Shows: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the total booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.
Early Departures: If you depart earlier than scheduled, no refunds or credits will be provided for unused nights.
