Set amidst one hectare of tropical landscaped grounds, the resort features lagoon swimming pools and our poolside eatery "Longboards". The resort also includes a retail precinct, restaurants and cafes, conferencing facilities, indoor heated lap pool, steam and fitness room, the tranquil Q1 Spa, private theatrette and a children's games room. The property is a mixed use building that includes residents, permanent tenants and holiday rental apartments. During your stay you will be occupying one of the holiday rental apartments. Apartments are assigned on the morning of your arrival, with levels allocated depending on availability.
Our apartments receive a daily refresh (unless stated otherwise). This includes making of the beds, replacement of towels, replenishment of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, milk, etc) only. For our guests staying longer than eight-nights a bed-linen change will occur half way through your stay.
It is recommended that guests bring their own pool towels to enjoy our array of swimming pools and local beach areas. Concierge has a limited supply of pool towels available for pool use only (charges apply).
Q1 Resort & Spa, Party Policy:
- Each apartment requires a guardian of legal age (18 years or greater) - Parties are not permitted in apartments - Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm. - Excessive noise will not be tolerated - Excessive levels of alcohol are not to be brought onto the premises - Apartments are to be left in original condition on check out or additional charges will apply - Photo ID of all occupants is required. - Apartments require a Security Deposit of $1 Credit Card pre-authorisation on check in.
Failure to comply with the above will result in eviction of the guest/s from the property. Q1 Resort & Spa reserves the right to retain all accommodation paid.

Cancellation Policy

Q1 Resort & Spa enforces a strict No Party Policy. Non-refundable eviction processes are in place 24/7 to evict PARTIES SCHOOLIES or LARGE GATHERINGS. Q1 Resort & Spa enforces a $500 NO SMOKING fine including on all balconies.
Bookings that state 5 night min - No Housekeeping receive a starter pack of amenities but staff will not enter the apartment. Visa/MasterCard & Amex incur 1.3 & 2.75% surcharges respectively.

PAYMENT: 1st night non-refundable deposit required at time of booking with full balance due on check in. (per apartment)

SECURITY BOND: A $1 pre-authorisation is required to be held on a Credit/Debit card which matches the name on the reservation for security additional charges may apply for damages or if extra cleaning is required. The funds will be returned to your financial institution in approximately five working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If Cancelled up to 48 hrs before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited as a cancellation fee (per apartment booked)
If Cancelled greater than 48 hrs before arrival 100% of the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee (per apartment booked)

PLEASE NOTE: This property does not have the policies procedures or resources in place to accommodate the needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period.
