A government issued valid Id proof is required for booking.
Deposit Policy
Payment is required 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, prepayment is required 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.

Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.
