BOOKING TERMS:
• All bookings are made via the Nimowila Tours website.
• All tours are subject to a minimum number of guests to proceed. (If the minimum number is not met, you will receive a full refund or the option to change to an alternative date.)
• Group or private booking requests may be made outside standard operating days/times.
• For group bookings over 30 pax please email book@nimowilatours.com.au


CANCELLATION AND WEATHER POLICY:
• Nimowila Tours reserves the right to cancel or postpone any booking due to unforeseen Cultural protocols such as Sorry Business or Cultural duties. Guests will be 100% refunded or rescheduled to an alternative date.
• Cancellations made by guests more than 48 hours prior to tour departure will receive a 100% refund of your tour price.
• Cancellations made by guests less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to tour departure will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made by guests less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will receive no refund.
• Cancellations made by Nimowila Tours due to weather events will be 100% refunded or rescheduled to an alternative date.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Whilst every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants, no liability of any kind whatsoever can be taken in the event of death accident injury loss, damage to person and property or cost of emergency evacuations on tour.
This exclusion of liability shall apply to Nimowila Tours and be for the benefit of its agents servants and representatives. Nimowila Tours will not be responsible for expenses incurred by you as a result of your booking or cancellation.
