On Maroonday Hwy: Take Anderson Street towards Montrose, take the 3rd Exit to Swansea Rd. Continue along Swansea Rd past Lilydale Lake. York on Lilydale is on your left hand side at the round-a-bout of York Rd.

Please note that guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note that this property requires an AUD $100 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount of the first night booked.
Early departure whilst in house: One nights accommodation fee will be charged if notified after 2:00pm on the day.
No Show: The first night booked will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled after the first night.
