Built in the 70s, Nelson Cottage retains a relaxed vibe and the spacious surrounds reflective of houses of its era and perfect holiday stays.
Nelson Cottage is a refurbished 70s cottage home with a relaxed vibe, a fantastic mix of retro, modern and original influences throughout.
High on the Mir Mar scarp, it has views south to historic Mt Clarence, is centrally located between the Albany CBD and Middleton Beach, and is just 300m from Bluff Rock Reserve.
There is an EV charger for use by guests, light and bright open plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy queen size beds, and a double bed for a fifth adult or a couple of kids in the smaller third bedroom.
Outside, a wide north facing patio extends the full width of the home and forms part of an enclosable rear yard. Sunny in winter and cool in summer, the patio is a great place to enjoy a wine, hang out with kids or make provisions for your (owner approved) pooch.
A shed in the rear yard is used by owners for storage and may be accessed on occasions by them.
Pets are permitted subject to payment of a $150 Pet Fee and guest agreement of our Pet Policy.
EV Charger available for guest use.

Directions
From roundabout at the top of York Street, take the Middleton Road exit and head toward Middlton Beach. Go through the Campbell Road roundabout, then after Bluff Street turn left into Seymor Street. Go to the top of the hill, turn left into Nelson Street and Nelson Cottage will be on your right.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund (less $95 admin fee) for all cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival
- Refund (less $95 admin fee) for days rebooked by other guests if cancelled withing 14 days of arrival.
