Cancellation Policy
Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather health or other circumstances.
Off Peak or Low Season- Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice before the day of arrival are fully refundable less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations inside if 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Shoulder/Xmas or Mid/Peak Season & Fathers Day Weekend - Cancellations advised with 30 days notice are fully refundable less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 30 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
