No refunds are given for no-shows or early departures. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your confirmed date of arrival. If you or your party do not arrive on the date of your arrival and the Park is unable to contact you by phone, then the cabin/site may be re-let and therefore not available if you arrive at a later date. Please note, should you wish to vacate your accommodation or site early due to weather conditions or any other reason, you are not automatically eligible for a refund or credit.
