Linfield Cottage is a luxury 1900 federation home that has been beautifully restored, and is an ideal base to explore the Adelaide Hills and southern Barossa region.
A formal dining room, country style kitchen and a spa are a few of the features that will make your stay comfortable. During your time at Linfield Cottage you can do as much or as little as you want – talk wines and vines with us, picnic under the towering Redgums or just soak in the spa.
Linfield Cottages is situated at Williamstown within the Annandale Vineyards, Linfield Road Wines property. A working vineyard, we would love to show you around.
Locally you can venture out and explore the early timber industry, the old goldfields, forest walks, reservoirs and motor museum, as well as the world renown Barossa grape growing region.

Please phone Linfield Cottage the night before to confirm arrival time and key collection details. From the centre of Williamstown, turn left onto Victoria Terrace at Corner Bakery store, about 1 km out of town, the first house on the right after South Terrace. (Last house in the 60 kpm zone)
Cancellation Policy
All service changes / cancellations will be subject to an administration / cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation by the client notified 14 to 30 days prior to arrival date the client will forfeit 50% of monies paid plus a cancellation fee of $100aud. Cancellation notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of the deposit / money less a minimum $100aud administration / cancellation fee; for a cancellation by the client notified inside 14 days of arrival and after arrival the client will forfeit 100% deposit / money and be charged a cancellation / admin fee of $100aud. The client may be entitled to a refund at the discretion of the owner if the property is re-let for the entire period / equal number of guests of the cancellation.
