There is relaxing space in the outdoor area that offers privacy from the house.
Enter directly into the living/dining area with the full kitchen set at the rear of the good size room.
The bedroom opens to the right with the ensuite bathroom and separate toilet off the bedroom.
Laundry facilities are also in the bathroom area.

Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours
* If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
