Set on elevated ground surrounded by 200 acres of untamed land, heritage lies at the heart of everything happening at Kernow. Original 1950s buildings are carefully restored and new-builds will be bold but sympathetic to the setting.
Accommodating those aged 18 and over, Kernow offers a high standard of one and two bedroom serviced apartments with a unique, homely, heritage feel. Our newer studio and mini suites & apartments over at the Annex, 150m away from the main Wing are cosier but great for overnight and shorter stays.
Set on 200 acres and only five minutes from the centre of town, the range of rooms and apartments offers something for everyone, both for business and leisure travel. We are a quiet venue, enabling people to either relax or work without being disturbed.
At Porkellis Wing the apartments have spacious living areas with polished timber floors, flat-screen televisions, fully-furnished modern kitchens and laundry facilities in each. Free WiFi and Netflix are included, and each unit has either a private courtyard, deck area and/or garden, many with direct access to the resort-style pool. With each apartment being unique there is always a new experience to return to.
At the Annex we have a range of studio rooms, mini suites and mini apartments. There is also a conference and meeting facility.
Other facilities include a good gym, golf-driving range, tennis court, and other activities, along with a 3.2km walking/running track around the property.
Future development includes a lined lagoon with cabin-style accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours before your 3pm check in. The cancellation penalty is one night's stay, plus 50% of the remainder of the booking to a maximum of 3 days.
