It is the guests responsibility to ensure they have a valid permit to enter the APY Lands. For more information go to permits - APY (anangu.com.au).
Guests are required to inform us of cancelations or modifications to bookings.
Guests are required to bring their own drinking water.
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness to avoid excess cleaning charges.
Reasonable cleaning supplies and consumables will be provided.
Rates include restricted access to a wireless internet connection - note restricted bandwidth and not suitable for excessive downloads.
Rooms are cleaned on check out only.
Parking of vehicles relating to the occupant is permitted in the designated parking area.
Please note the gates will be locked after dark to ensure safety of vehicles and yourself from the many wildlife we have surrounding the accommodation centre, such as camels, donkeys and horses.
The area is not to be used for the storage of materials, parts, plants, equipment, etc.
You accept responsibility for the conduct of and ensure the good behaviour of yourself and any visitors.
No smoking is permitted inside the accommodation or other amenities.
No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted.
Manage the electricity consumption conservatively e.g. air-conditioning to be only operated when a guest is present and not to leave running 24 hours a day.
Kalka Rental Accommodation will not be responsible for any loss, damage, and/or injury to tenants, belongings, contents, or goods.
Guests must obey any directions issued by the staff of Regional Anangu Services Aboriginal Corporation.
