Christmas Rates
Christmas Rates are non-refundable during the Christmas period (Arrivals 20 December to 29 January). Full payment is taken at the time of booking with no refunds, cancellations or changes to the booking.
Flexible Rates
You have booked on a flexible rate. Flexible rates require 24 hours’ notice prior to arrival to cancel or change the booking to avoid penalty (excluding Christmas period*). Inside of the 24-hour cancellation period you will forfeit the cost of the first nights’ accommodation.
