These cancellations fee’s occur if you cancel the tour.
8-14 Days = 20% Fee
3-7 Day = 50% Fee or reschedule*. (*Rescheduling is at the discretion of Great Private Tours. We will always try to reschedule if dates allow.)

Cancellation Policy Fly Drive & Dine
The Fly Drive & Dine is subject to weather conditions and may not be able to operate on the day scheduled. If the Seaplane Flight component is cancelled due to poor conditions you will be offered an alternative Helicopter flight, or ground based vehicle tour. The difference in price will be refunded to you. If the Helicopter flight is more you will be informed and given the option to pay the difference.
