Cancellation Policy
BOOKING TERMS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Once your ticket has been scanned and/or you’ve been “checked in” to the experience by a staff member, your ticket is considered “used” and cannot be reactivated. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
Bookings and tickets can be Canceled or Rescheduled with prior notice. Please ring EDCo or email experiences@earpdistillingco.com. Cancellation/Rescheduling fees may apply as per the schedule below:
100% Refund and/or Complimentary Rescheduling - 14 days before the stated session date
75% Refund OR 25% Rescheduling fee - 7 days before the stated session date
50% Refund OR 50% Rescheduling fee - 48 hours before the stated session date
Refunds outside of these cutoff periods are completely at the discretion of Earp Distilling Co.
