Bookings made through this website constitute your acceptance of both our Term & Conditions & Cancellation Policy as detailed below:

A non-refundable 50% of your stays tariff is required to secure a booking. The balance of the booking is payable and will be debited the day before check-in.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 . Check-in time is 2pm with Check out at 10:30am.

2. We currently do not accept single night bookings, however please feel free to call us to enquire.

3. The Hirer is the person taking and accepting responsibility for the Hire of the villa(s).

4. The Hirer agrees / accepts that smoking is not allowed inside any of the villas and therefore accepts full responsibility and liability for any damage to the villa or any personal injury to themselves or others resulting from smoking inside.

5. The Hirer agrees to keep the villa, its furniture, fixtures & fittings in the same state of repair & condition as at the commencement of the hire (reasonable wear and tear accepted).

6. The Hirer agrees to leave their villa in a satisfactorily clean and tidy condition during your stay and at the conclusion of the booking.

7. The Hirer agrees that any of their group members, and or those who are legally allowed onto the property, shall pay the replacement value and/or repair cost for any furniture, fixtures or fittings that were damaged during the term of the hire.

8. The Hirer agrees that the persons visiting or occupying the villas will not exceed the number of persons or pets indicated on the confirmed booking, unless agreed upon by prior by management.

9. We take your security seriously, however he Hirer agrees that the management of Deja Vu Estate or Clayfields Hunter Valley will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings during their stay.

9. The Hirer acknoledges that Deja Vu Estate & Clayfields Hunter Valley is a working estate and Apriary, and as such will keep clear of any onsite hives.

10. The Hirer acknowledges if travelling with a pet, the pet will be first nominated and approved on the booking. We offer a dedicated pet suite, with the Hirer accepting that not pets are permitted within any other villas. All pets must remain securely on a lead when outside of the villas on the estate, for their own safety and the safety of the resident animals.



PET POLICY & GUIDELINES

We are pleased to welcome your dog to Villa Two (only) at Deja Vu Estate. To ensure a comfortable stay for you, our future guests, and the local wildlife, we ask that you adhere to the following simple guidelines:

Pre-Approval Required: Please notify us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dog. We accommodate a maximum of one well-behaved dog per stay, unless prior written approval is granted.

Leash Requirement: Because Deja Vu Estate is a secluded bushland home to native wildlife and our working apiaries, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the immediate villa deck area for their own safety and the protection of the local wildlife.

Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet immediately. Please securely wrap and dispose of all pet waste.

Leaving Pets Unattended: For their own safety and comfort, dogs must not be left unattended inside the villa or on the outdoor decks for extended periods if they are prone to barking or distress.

Damages & Cleaning: Any additional cleaning required or damage caused to the villa, decks, or furnishings by your pet will be charged directly to the credit card on file or deducted from your security deposit.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests may cancel their reservation by 5pm Sydney time up to fourteen (14) days prior to their scheduled arrival date date and will be subject to a charge equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of entire booking. Guests should notify the property via email or phone.

Cancellations made within fourteen (14) Days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of entire booking. Guests should notify the property via email or phone.

No-shows will also be charged at one hundred percent (100%) of entire booking.

For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions. All cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit 100% of the total tariff of each villa booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FOR CONCERTS, SPECIAL EVENTS, CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR, LONG WEEKENDS AND EASTER WEEKENDS

All cancellations made of bookings on concert or special weekend events within four (4) weeks of the arrival date forfeit one hundred percent (100%) percent of the total tariff for their bookings.

In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to rebook your villa. If your villa is rebooked at a reduced rate, the difference in the tariffs will be forfeited.


PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are made securley by online payments, we accept VISA, MasterCard , Apple and Google Pay.
