Welcome to Carinya Park - The Orchard Cottage is situated is located in the lush green Hills east of Melbourne in idyllic and (very) quiet surroundings close to Gembrook. There are views over the orchard (hence the name), the forest and the paddocks. The Yarra Valley Wineries and the Dandenong Ranges attractions just add to the package for a restful holiday.
Carinya Park is a large Equestrian Property located on the eastern edge of the Dandenong ranges close to Gembrook. The cottage has all the rustic charm of Timber panelling and Terracotta floor tiles downstairs. Upstairs you will find a rich mixture of Jarrah and recycled Hardwood flooring. And out of every window there is a view. There is the forest on one side, the orchard in front of the Verandah with views over the grassy paddocks on the other side.
It is ideally located for day trips to the Yarra Valley Vineyards, Gippsland, Philip Island or just for Bushwalks in the adjacent Kurth Kiln and Bunyip State Park. Gembrook itself has several cafes and restaurants to choose from, and of course there is always Puffing Billy.
You have privacy, tranquillity and comfort while staying in the Orchard Cottage.

Carinya Park is located on Gembrook-Launching Place Rd 7.5 km from Gembrook on the right hand side. Look for the sign out the front with the property name and the street number 2405.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Cancellations outside 30 days of the booking are subject to a Administration fee of 10% of the total package value.
For cancellations with between 30 to 7 days notice a maximum 50% refund is available if the cottage can not be re-let. If the cottage is re-let the refund is subject to an Administration fee of 10% of the total package value.
For cancellations within 7 days of the planned stay every effort will be made to re-let the cottage. If that is not successful unfortunately no refund is possibly. Any refund would be subject to an Administration fee of 10% of the total package value.
