The local proprietors, Kylie & Michael Sterling were both born on the Island with Kylie being a direct descendant of John Adams from the famous Mutiny on the Bounty. The name Broad Leaf Villas is a reflection of the natural garden setting with an emphasis on the endemic broad leaf Meryta.
