Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us 24 hours before arrival. Within 24 hours will incur a charge of the first night’s rates.
If the Guest does not arrive by 11:00 pm local time on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the booking will be released. Any pre-payments (if any) will also be forfeited.
Guests who have booked through a travel agency or third-party website must contact these companies directly to make any cancellations or changes to their reservations.
