A working honey farm halfway between Canberra and Sydney that you can visit for a tour, or more immersive experiences. We have our honey for sale which is collected here in Bowral and from many sites in pristine bushland across the state.
Our head teacher and founder, Hamish Ta-mé, started his beekeeping journey as a teenager and has been deeply engaged ever since. Alongside his years of experience, Hamish has formal qualifications in beekeeping and teaching. We are proud to have won tourism awards and are highly ranked on all platforms that we are represented on.
