Cancellation Policy
Wellness Afloat Terms Booking Terms & Conditions – Wellness Afloat Sauna Boat 1. Booking Payment - Full payment is required to confirm your booking. - Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with at least 3 days’ notice. - Late arrivals or no-shows are not refundable.
2. Participation Requirements - You must be at least 13 years old to use the sauna. Ages 13–17 must be supervised by a parent/guardian. Children under 13 are not permitted in the sauna. - You must not participate if you are affected by alcohol or drugs. - You must be medically fit to participate. Certain conditions (e.g., heart disease, seizures, pregnancy without medical clearance) may prevent safe use.
3. Safety Conduct - All participants must be attentive at the safety briefing and follow crew instructions at all times. - Lifejackets must be worn when directed or if you are not a confident swimmer. - No running or diving on or from the vessel. - No glassware allowed onboard. - No smoking or vaping on board. - We may refuse participation or end your session for safety or misconduct, without refund.
4. Risks & Liability - The Activity involves risks including boating, sauna/heat, cold immersion, and general onboard risks. Serious injury or death may occur. - By booking, you agree to our Passenger Waiver, which limits our liability to the extent permitted by law.
5. Property & Privacy - You are responsible for your personal belongings. - You consent to incidental photography or filming for safety and operations and understand these photos and video may be used on Social Media by the Operator or other guests and consent to this.
6. Weather & Cancellations - Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled by us due to unsafe weather or operational issues. In these cases, you will be offered an alternative date or credit.
