Vales Wines is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Hunter Valley on Wonnarua Country, producing distinctive wines since 2021.
Led by well-known Hunter Valley Winemaker Edgar Vales, we specialise in producing small-batch wines from high quality grapes grown in the Hunter Valley, Hilltops and Central Ranges. We work closely with growers who are passionate about environmentally responsible and sustainable farming.
We love exploring new and interesting varieties and some of our popular wines include Pinot Grigio, Viognier, Rondinella Rosé, Shiraz and Tawny.
Our philosophy is to produce wines that express a sense of place using contemporary and proven winemaking techniques. Vales Wines is best enjoyed with friends and family.
