A very well appointed apartment with luxury fittings and furniture. Leather lounges, large 52 Plasma TV and surround sound system plus a magnificent chefs kitchen with stone tops. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven. A great honeymoon or couples luxury retreat. Sleeps 6. Bedding consists of 1 Queen and 4 Singles.
Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.We provide basic amenities which include coffee, tea, sugar, bin bags,etc to make your arrival as carefree as possible until you have time to reach the shops.

The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. This unit has room for 2 cars end to end The unit may take a boat no bigger than 5 meters this is including trailer with a height restriction of 2 meters approx. Please note if your car, boat or trailer exceeds the boundary of the unit or you are parked on the common driveway or grassed area you will be asked to remove it immediately. Street parking is available on Heaton Street.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

A refundable security deposit may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable, the accommodation provider will contact you to advise, inclusive of the deposit amount and its payment terms. Upon making your booking, you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security deposit.
Linen is PROVIDED.
Linen and towels fee of $100 applies to your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
Cancelations received before 60 days of your stay are refundable. If cancelled within 60 days your cancelation is non refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.
