Situated on the Great Ocean Road, The Boomerangs at Johanna offers award-winning cottages set within 3 acres of landscaped gardens. These self-contained cottages feature forest, valley and ocean views.
Very quiet and very private, the cottages feature open-plan living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views of the Johanna Valley and the Great Southern Ocean.
Each cottage is boomerang-shaped and has a full kitchen, a wood fire, and gas barbecue facilities on the balcony. Each has a dining area, laundry facilities, spa bath and a flat-screen TV.
Guests can request an onsite massage at an additional cost.
The Boomerangs at Johanna Cottages is only a 5-minute drive from Johanna Beach and a 20-minute drive from the Otway Fly. It is a 30-minute drive to the Cape Otway Lightstation and only a 40-minute drive to both the 12 Apostles and Apollo Bay.

Cancellation Policy
Standard industry cancellation policy applies. 50% deposit payable at time of booking refunded up to 21 days prior to arrival less 20% fee. During peak season the full balance is to be cannot be cancelled 21 days prior to arrival and is non refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance during stays when extreme weather conditions may occur.
