STANDARD BOOKINGS - CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT
• Should you cancel or amend your reservation with-in 72 hours of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the total package is applicable.
• Should you amend your booking during your stay and depart early a 100% cancellation fee will apply to remaining package charges.
• Full payment will be processed to your nominated credit card 72 hours prior to arrival. Unfortunately debit cards are not accepted*
• All changes and / or cancellations to bookings must be communicated in writing to reservations@anchorageportstephens.com.au.
PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL DATE BOOKINGS - CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT 7 DAYS (EASTER, KING'S BIRTHDAY, LABOUR DAY LONG WEEKEND and JANUARY excluding PEAK period dates and all bookings that fall within these dates).
• Should you cancel or amend your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the total package is applicable.
• Should you amend your booking during your stay and depart early a 100% cancellation fee will apply to remaining package charges.
• Full payment of accommodation charges is required 7 days prior to arrival. Please contact the property directly to organise this payment. • All changes and / or cancellations to bookings must be communicated in writing to reservations@anchorageportstephens.com.au.
PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS - CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS 30 DAYS (From Dec 21, 2024 to Jan 11, 2025 and from Dec 19, 2025 to Jan 10, 2026) inclusive and all bookings that fall within these dates.
• Should you cancel or amend your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the total package is applicable.
• Should you amend your booking during your stay and depart early a 100% cancellation fee will apply to remaining package charges.
• Full payment of accommodation charges is required 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact the property directly to organise this payment.
• All changes and / or cancellations to bookings must be communicated in writing to reservations@anchorageportstephens.com.au.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS -CANCELLATION
• Full payment of accommodation charges will be processed to your nominated credit card at the time of booking.
• Amendments to Non-refundable Bookings are not permitted.
• For Non-refundable Bookings, if you cancel your booking at any time after it is made there a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
