The house has two decks and a barbeque dining area; means there's no reason to stay cooped up inside the four beautifully designed walls. If you run out of conversation, the views are heavenly enough to sit in silence for a while.
Stunning architecturally designed and recently renovated 4 Bedroom Beach House with 3 bathrooms and separate toilet. The house is set over 3 levels with 3 spacious living areas, 2 dining areas and generous decks and daybeds surrounding glass enclosed swimming pool. Beds, a mix of King and queen sizes and one with single beds, are dressed in luxe linens and bathrooms are kitted out with local quality products. The light-filled kitchen features an oversized island bench, and is equipped for feeding groups thanks to additions like Magimix and other appliances. A bar corner complete with colourful glassware, is sure to inspire the mixologists among you. Check out the outdoor shower to wash off when coming back from the beach.
The views of the ocean are stunning, so you can watch the whales frolicking (in whale migration times) whilst you have your lunch - a great spectacular! There is a 2 car garage attached to the house.

Directions
1 hr, 45mins from Brisbane along Sunshine Motorway north toward Noosa. Exit Emu Mountain Rd heading to Peregian/David Low Way, continue David Low Way and follow signs to Sunshine Beach.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking and one month (30days) notice is given, the deposit will be refunded (less a $500 administration fee). If you cancel a booking with less than 1 month (30days) notice the deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reduce the period of your booking NO refund of any unused tariff will be considered. Cancellation of a booking during the busy end of year holiday season (21 Dec - 27Jan) 2 months (60 days) notice is required in order to have the 50% deposit refunded (less a $500 admin fee). A request to change your booking dates will be considered and based on the advertised tariff for the new booking dates. No show without any notification; full accommodation tariff is not refunded. Guests will be required to pay a $1700 security deposit confirmed with the owner following booking confirmation payable with the final payment. This will be returned within a week of your departure.
