Scotts Head
Scotts Head, is a small beachside village, nestled in a very picturesque part of the NSW coastline, midway betweens Coffs Harbour and Kempsey.
It has an idyllic climate, from summers tempered by cooling nor'easters, & water temperatures in low/mid 20's C. Winters are very mild, and everything in between is absolute bliss.
The beaches are excellent for surfing and fishing. There is access to Warrell Creek, for still water fishing and kyaking.
Scotts Head is well serviced by a general store, cafe, take-away, bottle shop, butchery, bakery, surf shop, newsagent and post office. Scotts Head is exactly mid-way between Sydney and Brisbane, and is a beautiful and secluded destination worthy of discovering.

The kitchen would be a chef’s delight. From the double oven and touch pad hot plates, to the more important holiday features of dishwasher, microwave and two door fridge with water/ice dispenser. The walk-in pantry is large enough to party in. Granite bench tops and glass splash backs add the finishing touches.

The total living area, including verandahs, is 300 square metres.
The kitchen, dining and living areas all face stunning uninterrupted views to the east through a continuous wall of glass which wraps around on both the northern and southern sides. All these rooms look out over Wakki Beach and the ocean.
The dining and living areas open onto a large spacious tiled verandah, which returns around the north east corner of the villa. It is fully covered to maximise its use in all weather. Spectacular 270 degree beach, headland, ocean and mountain views are to be enjoyed from the timber outdoor furniture settings on the verandahs.

Directions
Head south from Macksville Approximately 5km. Turn right onto Scotts Head Road.
Follow Scotts Head road to 50km zone, then take 1st turn to right & then 1st turn to left. OceanScape is up to far right
Cancellation Policy
To proceed with a booking 50% of tariff is required as a deposit and processed one month prior to booking. The balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will have the deposit refunded.
Modification to dates is required with more than 14 days notice.
