Welcome to Leeman, an idyllic country coastal town renowned for incredible fishing. Leeman Caravan Park offers powered and unpowered camp sites, drive through sites, self contained units as well as basic accommodation for the budget savvy traveler. We are beachside as well as walking distance to the jetty and local shops. All sites are pet friendly year round.
With fantastic weather almost all year-round and the glorious Indian Ocean just a short walk away, Leeman Caravan Park is the perfect place to pitch your tent, park your van, or slip into one of our cabins and unwind.

We have everything you need for your coastal holiday. There’s a shop on-site and loads of facilities. So, come on down to Leeman — we’d love to see you!
FACILITIES
At Leeman Caravan Park, we aim to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. We have a number of facilities to make your stay easy and relaxing. We have BBQ facilities and an undercover kitchen with tables and chairs You can dine in or out. There are sites with loads of shade from trees, grassed areas, and we even have a fish-cleaning area.
ACCOMMODATION
Of course there are plenty of spots for you to park your RV chariot or caravan. If you’ve got a tent or annexe, there are lots of spaces to settle in with them.
But if you’d prefer a cabin, we have those too. During busier holiday periods, it’s a good idea to call ahead to make sure we’ve got what you want, but you’ll always get a very warm welcome from our friendly and helpful staff.
PET FRIENDLY (Sites only)
Lots of people set off in their caravan and travel for weeks or months at a time. We get lots of grey nomads on their trip around Oz. And many of these humans have to have their best non-human mate with them. . Dogs not permitted in or near Units and Cabins.
FISHING
If you are keen on fishing, we have the Indian Ocean practically at our doorstep. There are plenty of places to fish and, of course, you can eat what you catch. The public boat ramp is nearby (office open 9am to 5pm) where you can clean and gut your catch, ready for our BBQ! And if you wish to buy fish, there are many local fishers who will sell you what they have just caught. There’s nothing like fresh fish!
CHECK IN
Our office is open until around 4pm to 5pm. If arriving after this time and the office is closed, an envelope with your name will be left for you next to reception. An after hours number will be provided in your confirmed booking itinerary.

If you’ve never been to Leeman, you’re missing a treat. Leeman Caravan Park is about 270 clicks north of Perth and we’re just a stone’s throw from the majestic Indian Ocean. The fishing here is great, the beaches divine, and you can swim all year round!

1. Conditions of Stay
We look forward to welcoming you to Leeman Caravan Park and will make every effort to meet your requirements. If there is an instance where we are unable to accommodate your requests, please be aware that any form of aggressive or unpleasant behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
1.1 What are your check in and check out times?
UNITS and CABINS
Guest check-in time is 2pm. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, this will be accommodated, as rooms become available.
Check-out time is 10am. If available, our staff can arrange a 11am departure time, however this must be requested ahead of time.
Camping/Caravan Sites
Your site is available from 12pm on your holiday start date. You will need to vacate your site by 10am on the day of your departure.
CHECK IN
Should be prior to 5 Monday to Friday.
Saturday is 4pm.
Sunday is 3pm.
Refunds for late arrivals are not provided, please ensure you arrive on time.
1.2 Do you allow pets?
Yes we allow well behaved dogs at our park. A copy of our pet policy is available at the office noticeboard as well as by request. Pets (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed in any of our park facilities or play .
Pets (other than assistance dogs) should not be allowed in units or cabins. If your dog is found in the units or cabins, this will result in loss of deposit and an additional cleaning fee of $50.00. If we reasonably believe your pet is causing a nuisance, behaving dangerously or causing
damage to the property, you will be required to remove it from the park. No refunds will be provided in these instances.
1.3 Can I smoke at the caravan park?
It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings and you and other members of your party are requested to smoke only in those areas which have been clearly designated as such (this excludes any area near the ablution blocks and camp kitchens). Smoking is also strictly forbidden in all of our holiday accomm
