There are three magnificent accommodation options Ushaka Lodge, Giraffe Tree Houses and Jungle Bungalows each with their own unique wildlife experience

Located 15 mins from Canberra Airport and 10 mins from Canberra City Centre.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to Arrival:
- 60 days or more | Full Refund
- 30-59 days | 50% of total monies paid will be refunded
- 29 days or less | All monies will be forfeited
Checkin Procedure:
On arrival at the Zoo guests can park in the main car park and make their way through the landscaped gardens to the Jamala Wildlife Lodge entrance (or be dropped off at reception).
Guests can check in to Jamala Wildlife Lodge any time between 1.30pm and 3.30pm (later check in is available but please check with Jamala). Those checking in between 1.30pm and 2.00pm can go on the optional Afternoon Tour. Those checking in after 2.00pm can explore the zoo or relax in uShaka Lodge until 3.45pm when they will be taken to their rooms. Please note that due to animal encounters access to your room is not available before this time.
No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival or any unused services due to weather disruption or animal welfare. We recommend that you protect yourself with Travel Insurance. Rates are subject to change without notice.
