EMPIRE Spa Retreat is set amongst the breathtaking scenery of the South West's Margaret River Region.
The retreat is nestled within 135 acres of tranquil, undulating pastures, undisturbed bushland and the Empire Estate vineyard.
Architecturally designed to ensure complete privacy, our 11 suites offer the kind of luxury that has become synonymous with the Empire Culture. Subdued lighting, natural stone and timbers create the perfect ambience. The finest linens and soft furnishings wait to envelop you.
The suites and villas are built around the original farmhouse that was created from timber and stone all found on the estate, the character and style unique to the Yallingup Margaret River Region. Within the farmhouse exists an atrium style dining room and entertaining area with open fireplace.

EMPIRE Spa Retreat is located on Caves Road
four and a half kilometres past the second Dunsborough roundabout heading towards Yallingup. As you pass Vidler Road you will see a sign Empire Retreat (100 metres).
Cancellation Policy
If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than (14) fourteen days? notice, then your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.
If less than fourteen (14) days? notice is given a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged. If less than seven (7) days? notice is given 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged.
No cancellations are accepted upon the day of arrival, after check in,peak periods and long weekends. Guests are charged for the total of their reserved stay under all circumstances unless sufficient notice as outlined above is given.
If for any reason the Retreat is unable to honour your reservation due to acts of God, Natural Disasters, Emergencies, Pandemics or any other such circumstances out of the Retreats Control any monies already held will be eligible for a 12 month credit only. If you are unable to travel due to a Covid border lockdown the Retreat will hold all deposits paid are eligible for a 12 month credit.
