Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations between time of booking and 31 days prior to arrival a 100% refund applies.
Cancellation between 30 days and 3 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
NO REFUND is provided for cancellations or modifications within 3 days of arrival.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The outdoor area includes a BBQ area and pool shared by all apartments. Please respect other guests and ensure you clean up the BBQ after use - BBQ cleaning materials are located in your apartment and in the BBQ complex. Any excess cleaning required to the BBQ is subject to a $100 charge.
Smoking is not permitted inside our apartments. You may smoke outside, but we appreciate you closing the doors and windows of the apartments if you smoke on the balcony. Any damage, physical or smell, to your apartment caused by smoking is liable to an additional $100 charge.
