CP Tours and Charters – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure date and time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Weather Conditions
CP Tours and charters operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by CP Tours and Charters.
If CP Tours and Charters cancels a trip due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, customers will be offered the option of:
Rescheduling to a future date (subject to availability), or
Receiving a full refund.
Weather-related discomfort (e.g., rain, cold, heat) does not qualify for a refund.
Operator Cancellations
CP Tours and Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour or charter due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to vehicle issues, safety concerns, or minimum passenger requirements.
If CP Tours and Charters cancels a booking, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. CP Tours and Charters is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the customer.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Failure to arrive on time for departure will be considered a no-show and will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
