“Callubri Station” is a 28,500-acre Merino Sheep station, located just over 1-hour private flight from Sydney. Uniquely positioned as a luxury, exclusive outback station stay in New South Wales, the property provides guests with a truly authentic outback Australian experience. Steeped in more than 145 years of family farming history, the station is operated by fourth generation farmer Mike Armstrong and his wife Angie.
The station’s true luxury lies in its seclusion and exclusivity. With a maximum of 10 guests, the property specializes in private solo through to group travel. Offering a high level of customer service, groups are hosted personally by the station owners and their dedicated staff. Angie, a chef and self-confessed foodie, creates mouthwatering dishes that convey a warm country hospitality and showcase the homestead’s homegrown, organic produce. Mike’s in-depth knowledge of and connection to the land, imparts an unparalleled authenticity. Together with their team, they offer guests a once in a lifetime Australian outback experience.
Callubri Station also features one of the most unique wedding, retreat and event venues in the region. The Shearer’s Quarters offers a magnificent function space seating up to 80 guests indoors or up to 150 for cocktail events. This venue provides the perfect secluded outback location for weddings, private dining, corporate retreats or conferences.

Stay & Graze Escape
Designed for self-drive travellers, couples, families and independent explorers, this flexible experience allows guests to move at their own pace.
Includes luxury accommodation and most meals, with freedom to relax, explore and enjoy the property independently.

All-Inclusive Immersive Package
A fully hosted luxury experience designed for complete immersion into station life.
Includes accommodation, all meals, transfers and a curated daily program of guided experiences across the 28,500-acre Merino sheep and wheat station.

Guests are invited to explore Callubri Station through both guided and self-guided discovery.
Self-guided experiences allow freedom to move at your own pace—whether that’s a quiet bushwalk, a swim in the mineral pool or time spent absorbing the stillness of the outback horizon.

Our station is located 52kms South of Nyngan (population 3500), 48kms North of Tottenham (population 300) and 53kms West of Nevertire (population 225) in the Central West Plains of NSW. Our closest regional centre is Dubbo (160kms).
Cancellation Policy
No refunds can or will be given in connection with circumstances arising beyond the reasonable control of Callubri Station eg. flight delays or guest failure to appear for accommodation. No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures. We strongly urge comprehensive travel insurance to cover clients for cancellations, medical emergencies, additional expenses etc.
Any cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival; no cancellation fees apply.
Any cancellations made 60 – 31 days prior to arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Any cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to arrival; 75% cancellation fee applies.
Any cancellations made 14 – 0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancellation fee applies.
No refund will be given for any unused services or early departures.
Please note we are located on a gravel road and may not be passable to some vehicles after significant rainfalls. In the rare event that the road is cut by floodwaters we will provide a minimum 5 days’ notice and will endeavour to assist with suitable alternate accommodation options. A full refund will be provided.
