Barossa Gardens Bed & Breakfast

Jo is the host at Barossa Gardens Bed & Breakfast and has a home based healing business.

Guests are welcomed with a clean and an energetically cleared space. Guests can relax in a bath, receive a Reiki or Reflexology treatment or simply enjoy sinking into a pillow-top mattress queen bed with cotton sheets at night and enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning.

Two friendly cats, Bella and Henry, reside on Jo's side of the house. Inside, Barossa Gardens Bed & Breakfast is separated by a secured sliding door. Guests have their own secured private entrance, a lounge and bedroom, stocked with a selection of teas, Moccona instant coffee, filtered water in the kettle, small fridge, crockery, cutlery and toaster.

The healthy continental breakfast can include (items may vary) bread, avocado, tomato, fruit, yoghurt, orange juice and milk of your choice. Please let me know in advance any special requests, breakfast preferences or food allergies.

There are 2 bedrooms available in this space (Queen Elizabeth & Queen Margaret). They are furnished with a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and cotton sheets, bed side tables and lamps. The wardrobes are equipped with coat hangers for your convenience and extra doona/blanket.

The bathroom is clean and bright with a water filter on the shower, great water pressure and nice and hot to wash away the day or prepare for your event you are attending in the Swan Valley.

Special Offer - guest rate of $63 (normally $70) for 1-hour Reflexology session. $85 Reiki 45 minute session. Feel free to enquire when booking.

Upon request, epsom salts are available for an additional $5 for a relaxing, detoxifying bath at your leisure.
