Australian Elements Tours and Charters

Cancelled 24hrs or less prior to departure - 100% retention of paid funds.
Cancelled less than 6 days prior to the booking - full refund less 20% deposit.
Cancelled 7 days + prior to the booking - 100% refund of paid funds (less $30 Admin fee).
Australian Elements Tours and Charters may offer a full refund for bookings cancelled by the passenger within 24 hours of departure at their discretion.
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@australianelements.com.
