Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled or modified 7 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation/modification fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation.

No Shows:
Guests who do not show for their confirmed reservation will incur charges equal to 100% of the accommodation value of their reservation.
Please note that a credit card pre-authorisation of AUD $350 for Executive Apartments AUD $500 for Premium Apartments and AUD $1000 for Premium Penthouse Apartments is required upon check in to cover any incidental charges.
