Beachcomber is an elevated two bedroom beach house with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus bathroom/toilet and laundry. Proudly and professionally managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses.
The deck and main living area have views through the Sheoaks trees to Great Oyster Bay and the ranges beyond. It's a 5 minute walk down Oyster Bay Court and the waterfront track to Swanwick Beach.
Beachcomber is ideal for one or two couples, two friends requiring separate bedrooms or a couple with up to three children.
This modern house is of passive solar design with sturdy canvas blinds to control the sun's entry depending on the season and the time of day.
It's simply but comfortably furnished in a casual beachy style.
The kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking with crockery, cutlery and utensils. There's a stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and of course a refrigerator.
The main bedroom has a queen bed while in the second bedroom there's a tri-bunk (a double on the bottom and a single bed on top.
Bedrooms have quality linen, and electric blankets.
In the bathroom you'll find basin and vanity, toilet, a shower over a bath, nice towels and a hair dryer.
The deck is equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue.
A TV and radio/CD player are in main living area. iPod plug in radio/CD player.
Winter heating is efficient.
There's a washing machine, trough and clothes line.

Directions
Coles Bay is a 2.5 hour drive from Hobart & 2.5 hour drive from Launceston (if you drive down the Midland Hwy and across from Campbelltown)
Please be careful driving at night, as soon as the sun starts going down the native wildlife start to come out.
It is advisable to try to be at your next destination before dark wherever you are driving in Tasmania.
Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation of a booking greater than 14 days before the date of your arrival will be free of charge minus a $50 administration fee.
· Cancellation of a booking within 14 days before the date of your arrival or a ‘no-show’ will incur 100% of the total booking.
· Cancellation of a booking related to COVID-19 at any timeframe before the date of your arrival will be free of charge minus a $50 administration fee or a non-refundable credit note with no expire date will apply. We would require paperwork to assess your eligibility.
· These direct Terms and Conditions regarding Freycinet Holiday Houses cancellation policy does not stand when booking through an external booking agent – the booking agents Terms and Conditions apply.
· No refund will be given if you cancel any part of your reservation during your stay.
· It would be advisable to purchase travel insurance to ensure you can be compensated in case of an unforeseen circumstance and you need to cancel.
