Junction vibrant cafe, restaurant, and trendy bar scene a short 11-minute stroll from the property and further on to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach only 25 minutes’ walk.
The immensely popular Noosa Farmers Market is only a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction to shop for fresh produce for your holiday.
The property comprises 4 bedrooms, with a large pool facing master bedroom suite with king sized bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Three further bedrooms with Queen beds are serviced by a second bathroom.
The elevation of the property captures cooling coastal breezes; however, the property also has the added comfort of air conditioning in the living and master bedroom and ceiling fans in all bedrooms throughout the property.

Booking & Guests
* Bookings must be made by an adult (21+) present for the full stay. Correct guest numbers must be advised. Provide names and emails of all occupants.
* Security Bond: A security bond of $1,000 applies to Attunga Beach House and the Exclusive Little Cove Penthouse, while $500 applies to all other properties. The bond will be held until the property has been checked after departure for additional cleaning or damages. If the property is left in good condition with no damage recorded, the bond will be refunded within 5–7 business days. The bond must be paid prior to check-in details being released.

*Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival – non-refundable

*Modifications 60 days or more prior to arrival – permitted (subject to availability)

Check-in & Check-out
* Check-in from 3pm; early check-in by approval only.
* Check-out by 10am. Dishwasher emptied, bins removed, doors/windows locked. BBQ cleaned ($50 fee if not). Excessive cleaning ($66/hr) may be charged from bond.
Property Use
* Maximum guests must not be exceeded; extra guests may incur charges.
* Smoking prohibited indoors; outdoor smoking 3m from doors/windows.
* Pets allowed only with approval; $150 per pet.
* Parties, weddings, functions, or excessive noise prohibited. Violation may incur $5,000 fee and immediate eviction.
* Adhere to car parking rules, pool hours (private 8 pm–7 am), and respect the community environment (insects, neighbours, building noise).
Damage, Keys & Appliances
* Guests responsible for damages; bond may cover repair/replacement.
* Lost/damaged keys charged from bond.
* Electrical/appliance faults may occur; no refund guaranteed.
Liability & Insurance
* Allawah Noosa not responsible for injury, theft, or loss of personal property. Guests recommended to have travel/insurance coverage.
Council & Body Corporate Compliance
* Guests must comply with Noosa Council laws and Body Corporate by-laws, including noise, lights, parking, and bin usage. Provide full guest details to comply with regulations.
Payment Authorisation
* Allawah Noosa may pre-authorise credit cards for bonds, damages, or additional charges.
