Directions

From the main thoroughfare through Mildura (Deakin Ave, (Calder Hwy) ), we are located on the north side between 9th & 10th Streets in Olive Ave. Parking is at the rear down Steedmans Lane, Entry is from 9th St end, (one way).

Cancellation Policy

LATE ARRIVALS - The property is an unmanned facility. Access Codes will be forwarded to you by email on the day of arrival. Automatic lighting will illuminate your path to your door.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS - Are generally not possible due to the necessary cleaning regimes, however feel free to register your request and we will endeavour to assist when possible.

AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS : Any date change requests by guests will be accepted without penalty subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY/FEE - All cancellations will incur a 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will forfeit all monies paid, ( except public/school holiday/s, Easter, Christmas New Year, where this is extended to 30 days prior to arrival. )


CLEANING FEE EXPECTATIONS & POLICY - 112 Olive Apartments reserves the right to charge the nominated contact person named on the Booking Confirmation and their nominated Credit card an amount of $150.00 if the property is left in an unclean state. This includes the Oven / Cooktop and/or any unwashed dishes rubbish removal and / or general condition re floors etc.

CAR PARKING – One undercover car parking space is available to each apartment. Management advises that guests park their vehicles and / or trailers boats caravans or other at their own risk. Please only park in your allocated space.

APARTMENT ALLOCATION - Management reserves the right to re-allocate a different apartment to the one booked for ease of occupancy. This is extremely rare. All re- allocations will be of the same quality same value and same configuration & bedding.

DOG POLICY & CLEANING FEE – The acceptance of an accompanying dog is subject to Managements approval and is subject to strict compliance of NO dogs on bedding furniture or carpet. Also it is expected that owners clean up after their dogs. Any non compliance will result in a $100 fee to cover additional cleaning costs and the replacement of bed linen. Barking / Noisy dogs will not be tolerated and will be asked to vacate with NO REFUND. Our dog friendly invitation is a courtesy based on small domesticated companions and does not include large or working dogs. One Dog only allowed.

NO NOISE POLICY – The property is a compact community and is not suitable for parties or gatherings of groups. Strict acceptance of No PARTIES and minimal noise after 9pm is enforced. Non compliance will result in early eviction with NO REFUNDS.

SUBJECT TO SUITABILITY - Acceptance of bookings via third party booking agencies at times will be subject to Management approval.

HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE – Your apartment is fully prepared for you prior to arrival. At times housekeeping or maintenance personal may require entry during your stay to carry out maintenance requests by management.
