Bookings are taken and held in good faith for guests.
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that theyve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in theyll get back 50%. Otherwise they wont get a refund unless: If the owner can re-let they will remit the tariff paid by the guest for rebooked nights.
If a guest wishes to reduce number of their party or the duration of their stay at any time after confirmed booking the quoted price will not vary.
Guests are advised to take out travel insurance at time of booking to cover them against any loss that may occur as a result of changed circumstance
