Front also has seating and a table in a sunny northern aspect.
Leather sofas, bright paintings on the wall and large flat screen TV make the front sitting room very pleasant.
All areas have individually controlled (split system, heating and cooling) airconditioners - four in all.
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, again light and bright with the bathroom in the centre (shower and toilet). There is another toilet in the laundry area downstairs.
Above the bathroom, in the large loft space, is the third bedroom with 2 single beds.
Car parking for one car undercover at the rear of the building
Free local phone calls and generous wireless internet access complete the facilities.
Cots can be supplied at an additional cost.

Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours
* If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
