Rowley House is a glamorous house in the city centre of Albany with magnificent views over Princess Royal Harbour. It is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre and close to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, parks and our foreshore area. The historic house was sympathetically renovated and modernised. It's beautiful spacious rooms are perfect for discerning guests. Two mountain bikes and a surf ski are available for guests to enjoy.

Rowley House is an historical building circa 1905 combining old-world charm with modern day luxury. The house accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. A spacious and beautifully appointed kitchen/dining extends to a lush outdoor entertainment area overlooking Princess Royal Harbour.

From Perth via the Albany Highway, when entering Albany at the large roundabout, take third exit continuing on Albany Highway towards City Centre. Drive 2 kms to roundabout at top of York St and take third exit onto York St. Drive down York St to roundabout at Grey St intersection, take first exit onto Grey St East, then turn right onto Rowley St. Rowley House is on your left, number 4.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a change or cancellation of a Booking Management should be contacted immediately.
A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.
A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests.
An administration charge of $50 will be charged for any variation or cancellation

Deposit will be refunded (less an administration charge of $50) if the booking is cancelled more that 30 days before the date of arrival. Deposit & final payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 30 days from the booking.??Refunds (if applicable) will be made through the chosen payment method at time of Booking. If Management is able to re-let the Property for the period cancelled a further refund may be made less administration charges commissions and expenses.
