Living Zones

Modern and architecturally edgy single level house in an L-shape, it is beautifully maintained and very private.

Boasting 2 huge living spaces, this is the perfect home for the kids and parents to each have their own TV preferences met. The main living space is open plan with an open fireplace, TV with Netflix, underfloor gas heating (separate controls for each room) and dining area.

The 2nd living space is at the other end of the house with separate heating/cooling, TV with Netflix, and surround sound.

The kitchen features a fully equipped Butler's Pantry, gas cooktop, and all the mod cons. Billi tap for on-demand chilled and boiling water.

Bed & Bath

Bedroom 1 - Master Suite is absolutely stunning complete with King size bed, spacious cutting edge ensuite featuring a bath and separate shower recess. This is a retreat within itself with a huge walk-in robe, block out blinds and wall-mounted TV - providing all the luxuries you would expect from a 5-star hotel!

All bedrooms are modern and tastefully furnished, built-in robes, block out blinds and heating/cooling - perfect all year round! Complimented by a spacious, modern central bathroom, again in keeping with the style of this property - sleek and very stylish!

The pool is solar heated and the gas heated spa warms up beautifully in approximately 1 hour. The outside living area has a BBQ on gas mains and wine fridge, with a large entertaining dining table and separate seated outdoor setting with an umbrella.

This property is wonderfully comfortable in both winter and summer - the kids will love being in the heated pool and spa come rain or shine and the underfloor heating and double glazed windows mean the property is always cozy. Zoned ducted air conditioning is also installed for the hot summer months. Absolutely, no expense has been spared on this property, with quality fittings and furnishing throughout. This property will suit the most discerning guest!

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A refundable security bond may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable the accommodation provider will contact you to advise. Upon making your booking you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security bond.
