Beachfront Enclosure Bay

PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 7 working days prior to arrival. Credit card fee of 3% applies. CANCELLATION TERMS: SUMMER & PEAK SEASON (1st October - 30 April plus all public holidays) Cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value. Cancellations within sixty (60) days of arrival will forfeit the entire 50% deposit and incur a fee of the remaining 50% unless the exact dates are rebooked in which case a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value will apply. There is no refund for early departure. SHOULDER & OFF-PEAK SEASON (1st May - 30th September excluding public holidays) Cancellations more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the total booking value. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of arrival will forfeit the entire 50$% deposit and incur a fee of the remaining 50% unless the exact dates are rebooked in which case a fee of 25% of the total booking value will apply. There is no refund for early departure. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
